Job Purpose

APTC CEO is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization of all strategic and business aspects of the APTC. Will be leading APTC and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. The CEO will take actions to enhance the company’s revenue and human capabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to the APTC goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
  • Ensure trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Support the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed.
  • Monitor the needs of company partners, board of directors, and stakeholders.
Managerial Responsibilities
  • Provide input to the sector’s strategy from the Department's or Section's perspective in line with overall vision and mission.
  • Develop the Department's or Section's objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Department's or Section's annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.
  • Implement and execute the Department's or Section's policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPIs are well developed, cascaded, communicated, and monitored.
  • Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Masters Degree preferred).

Work Experience​​​​​​​
12 years of relevant experience with 6 years in a managerial role

  • Written and Oral proficiency in English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience with budget management
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
